Effective August 2026
Send It is built so that your job search stays yours. The short version: your data lives on your device and in your own iCloud, and we never see it.
The job applications, employers, contacts, interviews, notes, tasks, and documents you enter. All of it is stored on your device.
If your device is signed into iCloud, the app syncs your data to your private iCloud database so your own devices stay in step. That data is in your Apple account, under Apple's iCloud terms, and is not readable by us. If you are not signed into iCloud, nothing leaves the device.
Nothing. Send It has no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no ads, and no servers of ours. The app makes no network connections of its own.
When you share a job posting to Send It, the page text you see is captured by your browser and handed to the app. The extension makes no network requests.
Reminders are scheduled on your device. A discreet mode is available that keeps employer names off your lock screen.
Settings has a full export as CSV and JSON. Deleting the app deletes the local copy; your iCloud copy can be removed by deleting the app's data from iCloud settings.
